SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard International: 7–20 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping & Customs Paws & Co. ships internationally. For orders shipped outside the country of origin, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
As we use third-party suppliers to fulfill some orders (dropshipping), your package may ship from a location different from our business address.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pawsandco523@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
